How quickly can a rental machine be delivered?
In Lusaka and major Copperbelt centers (Ndola & Kitwe), standard delivery and commissioning are typically completed within 24 to 72 business hours, subject to equipment availability and agreed commercial terms.
What exactly does the maintenance agreement cover?
Preventative maintenance, routine servicing, covered parts (including drums, rollers, and fusers), and technician labor are included according to the agreed service level. Damage caused by user misuse or unauthorized third-party intervention is excluded.
What happens when our toner runs low?
Genuine OEM Ricoh toners are supplied throughout your rental agreement. For managed corporate leases, toner levels are monitored to help ensure timely replenishment before cartridges run dry.
Is a security deposit or credit assessment required?
Yes. All rental and operating lease structures are subject to standard commercial credit assessment and agreed commercial security terms based on the duration and value of the equipment deployed.
