Repro supplies, installs and services the printers, scanners, document systems and IT that Zambian organisations depend on every day. We have been doing it since 1995, and we stay with the equipment and software long after it is delivered.
How we work
Most of our work is not the delivery of a machine. It is everything around it: what happens before the equipment arrives, and long after it is installed.

Before we recommend anything, we look at how documents move through your organisation: who prints, scans, approves and files, and what that costs you today.
Ricoh devices, DocuWare document management and PaperCut print control are the tools we know best. We match them to your workflow, your volumes and your budget.
Our engineers install and configure the equipment. On DocuWare projects we provide hands-on, in-person training so your people can adopt the system properly.
Repairs on demand, scheduled maintenance and service-level agreements for Ricoh equipment, using genuine parts and supplies and technicians certified by Ricoh.
